- Unless the subscription is cancelled thirty days prior to the end of the 6-month period, the subscription will be renewed automatically for a 12 month commitment at the then-current pricing and term.
- If the service is cancelled before the end of the service term, a cancellation fee of $175 per user for the total number of users on the subscription will be charged, except if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the end of the subscription term.
- Customers interested in migrating to Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Premise have a 3 month minimum Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online requirement. Cancellation fees are waived after the 3 month period.
